Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary)
Compensation
The salary range for the role is $72,000 - $85,000/yr; commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
In this role, the Compensation Analyst collaborates with business units to manage and maintain the Bank's compensation program and practices. This role will assist with base salary administration, support incentive plan administration and participate in external market surveys to maintain competitive pay practices. The Compensation Analyst supports the annual performance and compensation review processes, conducts comprehensive internal and external market analyses, and evaluates jobs to assign appropriate salary grades and classification.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business, or related field; and/or equivalent work experience required
- 4 years of experience in human resources or related field required; focus in compensation or payroll strongly preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Tableau, Excel) required
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) required
- Financial services industry experience highly desirable
- Knowledge of general ledger classifications and accounting principles preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of Excel required, including development of spreadsheets with formulas, functions, pivot tables and lookups
- Extensive experience with Cornerstone or other HRIS strongly preferred
- Effective oral and written communication in individual and group settings
- Effective consulting skills to engage with business stakeholders, understand their needs, and provide actionable compensation solutions
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail
- Must be highly organized
- Self-motivated to work collaboratively as a team
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment for various customers
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential, highly sensitive information with discretion
