Job Summary:
The Client Service Manager is responsible person-in-charge, expected to be knowledgeable, accountable, responsible, answerable, and adaptable.
Responsible for revenue generation and execution of work.
Day-to-day job functions include:
Roles and responsibilities for Client Service, Testing Operations, and Representation of PRI.
Duties:
Interface with clients and oversee workflow
- Issue Confirmation of Quotation
- Manage Material Receipt
- Issue Work Request
- Oversee Project Management
- Review Data, and issue Reports
- Responsible for invoicing clients for work completed.
Duties also include management of personnel and testing equipment.
Education/Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Minimum 5 yrs of related experience.
Minimum 3 yrs of experience managing people in a team environment.
Must demonstrate Project Management Body of Knowledge.
Certifications/Licenses:
None required.
