Responsibilities: Wireless Sales Associate
- Engage face-to-face with customers, starting conversations, understanding their connectivity needs, and presenting telecommunication services and plans that fit their lifestyle or business.
- Support team leaders by helping qualify potential customers, answering questions, and assisting with the sales process from introduction to closing.
- Demonstrate products and services clearly, explaining plan features, pricing, and benefits in a way that’s easy for customers to understand.
- Guide customers through enrollment and activation, ensuring applications are completed accurately and services are set up seamlessly.
- Contribute to outreach campaigns by helping plan and execute daily marketing and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Track performance and follow up with interested customers, ensuring a high-quality experience and meeting sales goals.
- Maintain professionalism and compliance standards while representing trusted telecom brands in the community.
Requirements: Wireless Sales Associate
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong people skills with the confidence to start conversations and build rapport quickly.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or team leadership is helpful but not required, we provide hands-on training.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
