You’ll work hands-on with customers to assist with service activations, upgrades, billing inquiries, and account support, while also recommending the best internet and fiber solutions to fit their needs at home or in business.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities for our Quantum Fiber Customer Trainee
- Assist customers with new enrollments, service activations, upgrades, and account changes
- Provide personalized customer service and product guidance to ensure a positive experience
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored Quantum Fiber solutions to enhance satisfaction and connectivity
- Support existing customers through billing inquiries, troubleshooting, and retention efforts
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enrollments, and account updates
- Collaborate with your team to meet service and sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Stay up to date on Quantum Fiber products, promotions, and service improvements
