About the Role
As a Quantum Fiber Sales Representative, you will work directly in assigned residential neighborhoods, engaging customers in person to present, promote, and enroll them in Quantum Fiber’s services. This is a field-based, commission-only sales position.
You’ll spend your day meeting homeowners, explaining available service options, answering questions, and guiding customers through the enrollment process. Success in this role comes from strong communication skills, consistency in the field, and a genuine ability to build trust through one-on-one sales interactions.
Quantum Fiber Sales Representative Daily Responsibilities
- Present Quantum Fiber’s internet, wireless, and home entertainment products in a clear and informative way.
- Present Quantum Fiber’s latest fiber optic internet, wireless, and home solutions in a clear, compelling way tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Coordinate with Quantum Fiber support teams to ensure smooth installations and service setup.
- Stay informed on Quantum Fiber’s evolving products, promotions, and technology trends to confidently educate and guide customers.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by SVM Enterprises and Quantum Fiber.
- Represent the Quantum Fiber brand with integrity and professionalism at all times, acting as an ambassador in your assigned territory.
