Job Responsibilities
- Conduct and maintain compliance and risk management programs, including research, implementation, and staff training.
- Review business and specialty account documentation to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform ongoing monitoring and periodic reviews of accounts to meet due diligence and compliance standards.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance and fraud risks, including monitoring transactions for suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Conduct due diligence on new accounts, verifying identity and source of funds in alignment with KYC and AML regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and respond to inquiries to ensure compliant operations and effective issue resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, including AML, KYC, and BSA requirements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to interpret and explain complex regulations clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining confidentiality.
