Position Overview
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage member service and reception operations across multiple branch locations to ensure service excellence, sales support, and regulatory compliance.
- Supervise, coach, and develop assigned branch personnel, fostering a positive, professional, and high‑performing team environment.
- Lead by example in sales and service behaviors by identifying member needs and promoting appropriate products and services.
- Provide daily leadership through work assignment, scheduling, training, performance management, and review of work for accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee branch cash operations and internal controls, including vault security, cash ordering, balancing, audits, and dual control procedures.
- Serve members directly by processing transactions, opening and maintaining accounts, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a financial institution, including at least one year of cash‑handling experience.
- At least two years of experience leading, training, or supervising others.
- Strong knowledge of consumer and business deposit products, services, and related operational procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and decision‑making skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems, with strong data entry, navigation, and multitasking abilities.
