FCAR is a growing FAA Repair Station dedicated to delivering high-quality aircraft component repair and overhaul services to customers worldwide. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team and help maintain the accuracy and efficiency of our warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
- Accurately log and document all incoming and outgoing materials in accordance with company procedures
- Prepare, package, and document outgoing shipments per FCAR and customer requirements
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as required
- Maintain an organized and clean shipping/receiving area
- Communicate with internal departments regarding shipments
- Assist with inventory counts, inventory organization, and stockroom support as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Forklift experience a plus but not required
