Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, creating a professional and friendly first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls accurately using proper phone etiquette
- Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and assist with meeting arrangements to ensure efficient time management
- Handle data entry tasks including filing, updating records, and maintaining organized digital and physical files
- Support office management activities such as supply ordering, keying in inventory, opening up work orders and general administrative tasks
- Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries professionally via phone or email
Requirements
- Experience in an office environment or as a receptionist with strong clerical skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting
- Proficiency in computers including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone and in person
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards
- Demonstrated time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
