Overview
We're an aviation repair facility that specializes in the repair of aircraft components. We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. This vital role combines exceptional customer service with efficient administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive experience for visitors, clients, and team members alike. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and possess a proactive attitude to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Duties

  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, creating a professional and friendly first impression
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls accurately using proper phone etiquette
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and assist with meeting arrangements to ensure efficient time management
  • Handle data entry tasks including filing, updating records, and maintaining organized digital and physical files
  • Support office management activities such as supply ordering, keying in inventory, opening up work orders and general administrative tasks
  • Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries professionally via phone or email

Requirements

  • Experience in an office environment or as a receptionist with strong clerical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting
  • Proficiency in computers including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone and in person
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards
  • Demonstrated time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
