Job description:
First Choice Home Health & Hospice is seeking to hire an on-call RN for Salt Lake County to help manage after hours. Current rotation is one week on, two weeks off. This is a great job for working parents or RN's wanting to increase their income.
Pay:
$75 to $125 per visit plus base hourly rate for being on-call.
Minimum Experience:
2 years of experience in patient care, home health and hospice experience preferred.

Job Requirements:
Active RN license in good standing
Valid Driver's license
