Dignity Home Health and Hospice is growing and looking for an On-Call Registered Nurse to join our team! We are in need of an experienced On-Call RN who is passionate about providing the best possible care for our patients.
1 year of hospice and home health experience preferred.
Location: Layton, Utah
On Call RN Responsibilities:
- Make visits to patients as needed after hours; assessing the patient's needs at the place of their residence (private residence, assisted living, skilled nursing facilities)
- Answering calls; helping from patient's, families and facilities
- Admission of new patients after hours
- Completing all documentation and charting accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and dependable

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with medical software and computer skills

Licenses Required:
- Active Utah Registered Nursing license
- Current CPR certificate
- Valid Utah driver license with car insurance'
