REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanners, printers, and Microsoft Office
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS
- Removing staples, organizing files, and labeling records in preparation for scanning
- Accurately and efficiently digitize a large volume of paper documents
- Review scanned images to ensure complete and legible capture of all data
- Index and file electronic documents in the appropriate database or folder system
- Maintain organized physical filing systems
- Promptly and accurately respond to requests fir file retrieval and delivery
- Ensure secure handling of confidential information
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties as needed
KEY METRICS FOR SUCCESS
- Previous clerical, scanning, records management, or office experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work and meet deadlines independently
- Strong aptitude for effective communication and time-management
