JOB PURPOSE:
The role plays a critical role in supporting effective governance frameworks within International. This position is responsible for monitoring compliance, analysing business processes, and providing recommendations to enhance governance structures. The role works closely with local management and cross-functional teams to ensure that business operations align with regulatory standards, internal policies, and corporate objectives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Governance Framework Support:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of business governance frameworks and policies.
- Process Analysis:
- Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas of risk, inefficiency, or non-compliance. Propose improvements to strengthen governance and streamline operations.
- Compliance Monitoring:
- Monitor adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Prepare regular reports on compliance status for stakeholders.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to governance practices. Present findings and actionable recommendations to management.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, communicate governance initiatives, and support audits or reviews.
- Drive the closure of audit points and external regulatory observations.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with best practices in business governance and contribute to ongoing process enhancements.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 6 years of experience in business planning, project management, or related roles
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale expansion projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
