About the Role
We are launching a local chapter in Stamford. We are looking for a part-time Operations Specialist with hands-on experience inside a small business to support our local bootcamp program. You will help SMB owners implement operational systems using the OWNABLE framework and the Bootstrapper.ai platform.
Responsibilities
- Support small business owners with hands-on implementation guidance during bootcamp sessions
- Help owners document operational SOPs and build capital-ready packages on the platform
- Assist with financial record organization and OWNABLE score tracking
- Coordinate with the local Chapter Owner on client onboarding and follow-through
Ideal Background
- Has owned or managed a small business
- Familiar with business operations, SOPs, and basic financial concepts
- Interest in AI applications for small business
- Based in Stamford area — local presence required
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
