Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the territory.
- Identify new business opportunities through market and industry research.
- Maintain strong knowledge of company products, services, and competitors.
- Track sales activities and performance to meet revenue goals.
- Manage opportunities and forecasting using Salesforce CRM.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in sales, ideally within industrial gases, specialty chemicals, manufacturing, or related technical industries
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage long sales cycles
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must reside within the assigned geographic territory to ensure effective customer coverage and responsiveness
- Willingness to travel throughout the territory as needed
