Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to children with complex medical needs in a structured daytime care setting. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients with medical complexities
- Perform ongoing patient assessments and monitor clinical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans using the nursing process
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Respond appropriately to medical changes and emergency situations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and caregivers
- Communicate effectively with families, providing education and emotional support
- Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
- Assist with mobility, positioning, and daily care activities of pediatric patients
Work Schedule & Structure
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Day shift schedule
- Monday through Friday
- No weekends, nights, or holidays

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple patient needs effectively
