What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Paralegal position at Firman Solutions?
Duties will include:
- Assisting trial team from filing of complaint throughtrial.
- Propound and respondto extensive discovery.
- Draft various Motions,Oppositions and Replies.
- Draft pleadings and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists.
- Calendaring
- Noticing Depositions and other Hearings.
- Setting up Court Call and Appearance Attorneys.
- Organize documents for filing.
- Drafting correspondence.
- Special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Thorough understanding of Personal Injury,both in pre-litigation and litigation phases.
- Previous experience as a personalinjury litigation paralegal.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong attention to details and work ethics.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus.
