We are partnering with a plaintiff-side personal injury law firm seeking a Case Manager to support its attorneys and manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload from intake through settlement.
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
• Obtain and organize medical records, bills, and other case documents.
• Prepare demand packages and maintain accurate case files.
• Monitor deadlines and provide regular case updates.
Qualifications:
• Previous plaintiff personal injury case management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
