Position Overview

This position offers the opportunity to partner and collaborate as a subject matter expert in building a contemporary, patient-centered Audiology practice and Hearing Center that provides comprehensive diagnostic, rehabilitative, and hearing aid services. The Audiologist will play a key role in advancing hearing healthcare while contributing to the strategic direction, clinical excellence, and continued growth of the Hearing Centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain comprehensive patient case histories and evaluate hearing concerns.
• Perform comprehensive diagnostic audiologic evaluations using evidence-based practices.
• Counsel patients and families regarding hearing loss, communication strategies, and treatment options.
• Recommend, fit, program, verify, and manage hearing aids and other assistive listening technologies.
• Provide exceptional follow-up care to optimize patient outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of both Hearing Center locations to ensure high-quality patient care and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to develop and expand a modern, comprehensive Audiology practice aligned with current best practices and emerging technologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve clinical quality, patient experience, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and remain current with advancements in audiology and hearing healthcare.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Audiology or Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) required.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Audiologist in the State of Florida.
