What You'll Do
- Deliver amazing fan service in all interactions with fans, vendors, team members, and industry partners.
- Pour and serve beer, brewed cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks according to company standards.
- Execute opening and closing duties as per company training guidelines.
- Plan and conduct brewery tours, including public speaking engagements.
- Stock merchandise and beer inventory, to meet visual standards.
- Maintain Taproom displays, merchandise, and cleanliness.
- Operate POS system accurately for sales transactions.
- Understand and comply with health and safety regulations for Team Members and fans.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, county, and municipal health and safety regulations.
- Maintain Taproom cleanliness and sanitation according to company and regulatory standards.
- Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
