Were currently looking for a dependable, hands-on Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Rocky Hill, CT. If youre organized, motivated, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where your work truly matters, wed love to hear from you.
What Youll Do
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Match packing slips to purchase orders and maintain organized records
- Process returns, including RTVs, warranty parts, and customer returns
- Label, stock, and transfer inventory between company locations
- Assist with inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized at all times
- Support the truck shop and extinguisher shop as needed
What Were Looking For
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers and inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform general warehouse duties
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Forklift experience and knowledge of firefighting equipment are a plus
