Key Responsibilities
ShippingPackaging: - Package precious metal materials accurately according to internal procedures and customer-specific requirements - Verify correct material type, weight, quantity, and condition prior to shipment - Ensure all shipments comply with customer instructions, carrier requirements, and security protocols - Maintain a clean, organized, and secure packaging area ReceivingInspection: - Receive incoming materials and verify weights, quantities, and documentation - Perform visual and dimensional inspections to confirm material integrity - Identify and report discrepancies immediately MeasurementVerification: - Measure materials accurately using micrometers and calipers - Verify weights using calibrated scales and record results clearly - Maintain strict adherence to specifications and tolerances DocumentationTraceability: - Complete all shipping, receiving, and inspection paperwork clearly and legibly - Ensure all required inspections and sign-offs are completed accurately - Maintain full traceability and chain-of-custody documentation ComplianceAccountability: - Follow all written work instructions and procedures without deviation - Demonstrate awareness of the high value and critical nature of materials handled - Take ownership of accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
