Duties

• Prepare high-quality food items with attention to safety, sanitation, and presentation standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha or Toast to process orders accurately and efficiently
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, upselling menu items to enhance their experience and increase sales
• Handle cash transactions, give correct change, and manage cash handling procedures responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring food safety and sanitation compliance
• Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple tasks including food prep, cashiering, customer service, and cleaning.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; culinary experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Toast is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to handle fast-paced environments effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and order accuracy
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods, squat, bend, and lift 50lbs, and work efficiently in a team setting

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
