Essential Functions:
- Responsible for maintaining high customer product and service standards
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
- Deliver an exceptional customer and store experience
- Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
- Execute quality store operations
- Maintain cleanliness of the store, small wares, merchandise, and physical plant
- Operate food preparation machinery
- Adhere to all food, safety, and security guidelines
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions while following cash handling policies
Additional Requirements:
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft software and cash register operations
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout assigned shifts
- Ability to work in a walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40°F to -10°F
