A Firehouse Subs crew member is responsible for providing excellent customer service and preparing food in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key duties include interacting with guests, preparing orders, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Greet customers with a positive attitude, take orders accurately, process payments using the POS system, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
- Food Preparation: Prepare hot, hearty subs and other menu items according to Firehouse Subs standards and recipes. This includes operating food preparation machinery (like a slicer, if trained and of age) and following all food handling procedures.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including the dining room, kitchen, and restrooms. Duties also involve stocking supplies, putting away deliveries, and generally keeping the restaurant in good order.
- Teamwork and Safety: Collaborate effectively with team members and management, adhere to all food safety and security guidelines, and participate in the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
