- Guest Service: Greet customers with a smile, provide an exceptional dining experience, handle questions and concerns, and process orders accurately.
- Food Preparation: Prepare sandwiches and other food items according to Firehouse Subs standards and recipes, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Cashier Duties: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and cash register, handle cash transactions securely, and process payments accurately.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment by cleaning the store, merchandise, and physical plant.
- Safety & Standards: Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and security guidelines, and operate food preparation machinery safely.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other Team Members and leadership to ensure smooth and efficient operations, fostering a positive work environment.
- Fundraising: Participate in fundraising initiatives for the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation.
