We're seeking a Family Support Specialist to assist families enrolled in our Early Childhood Programs.

Pay & Benefits

• $17.80 - $20.25 per hour
• Full-time position
• Up to 41 paid days off annually

What You'll Do

• Support families through education and resource coordination
• Assist caregivers with child development activities
• Conduct developmental screenings
• Help families access community services
• Document client interactions and program outcomes
• Support enrollment and eligibility activities
• Participate in community outreach efforts
• Promote positive caregiver-child interactions
  
  

Qualifications

• CDA, Associate degree, or qualifying college coursework
• Experience working with children and families
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license
  
  

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree
• PAT Certification
• Spanish bilingual skills ( $2/hour)
• Human services experience
