We're seeking a Family Support Specialist to assist families enrolled in our Early Childhood Programs.
Pay & Benefits
- $17.80 - $20.25 per hour
- Full-time position
- Up to 41 paid days off annually

What You'll Do
- Support families through education and resource coordination
- Assist caregivers with child development activities
- Conduct developmental screenings
- Help families access community services
- Document client interactions and program outcomes
- Support enrollment and eligibility activities
- Participate in community outreach efforts
- Promote positive caregiver-child interactions
Qualifications
- CDA, Associate degree, or qualifying college coursework
- Experience working with children and families
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree
- PAT Certification
- Spanish bilingual skills ( $2/hour)
- Human services experience
