Compensation
- $20.86 - $23.60 per hour
- Full-time position
- Hybrid flexibility available
- Up to 41 paid days off annually
- Coach parents on child development and early learning practices
- Conduct family visits and educational sessions
- Complete developmental screenings and assessments
- Connect families with community resources
- Track program outcomes and maintain documentation
- Coordinate services with local providers and agencies
- Support program enrollment and recruitment efforts
- Maintain compliance with program requirements
- Associate degree or CDA required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of infant and child development
- Experience supporting children and families
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- PAT Certification
- Home visitation experience
- Human Services or Social Services background
- Community resource knowledge
