Administrative Assistant with the potential to move into Business Management
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves a variety of responsibilities that support both our clients and internal operations. We’re looking for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to and returning phone calls promptly
- Scheduling appointments with clients and customers
- Managing billing for insurance companies and private clients
- Assisting with social media content and advertising efforts
- Running occasional errands as needed
- Maintaining and organizing a waitlist for therapy clients; providing information to potential clients
- Conducting research projects and assisting with event planning and coordination
- Supporting general administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable interacting with people and handling numerical data
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and strong communication skills are essential
We are looking for a long-term team member and are happy to train the right candidate. This position offers flexible responsibilities that can total up to full-time hours based on the combination of duties.
Administrative Assistant / Business Manager
Seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. Must be self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently or with a team.
Duties include:
· Answering/returning calls
· Scheduling appointments
· Billing insurance and clients
· Updating website
· Social media and advertising
· Running occasional errands
· Managing therapy waitlist and client inquiries
· Assisting with research and event planning
· Overseeing retreats and special events
Requirements:
· Good with people and numbers
· Strong attention to detail
· Reliable transportation and communication
· Willingness to learn; training provided
· Bonus if you have animal / horse experience and can help with rides when needed!
Wage: This is starting $20-$25 / hour with the ability to move into Business management position with significantly higher wage again, depending on experience, education and the ability to bring in revenue streams.
