MARKETING / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT P/T:
Seeking a professional who is positive, professional, personable and outgoing. Proficient in MacBook, Mac flyers, Word, Excel, Canva, Squarespace, Mailchimp, business correspondence, articulate, organized and responsible.
We offer PAID training! Learn promotions and marketing with our three-time, FORTUNE 500 Marketing Director. We service professional, successful, affluent clients. Type 60 WPM, organizing office, communications and promotional marketing, which often include fun perks! One day per week to start, WEDNESDAYS 10:30am-5:00pm. Eagle location. A second work day may be needed periodically, as well as an occasional early evening or weekend day when events come up.
Must be solution oriented, trustworthy and work well together and independently. You will need your own vehicle for client contact periodically.
