Job Location
- Remote, with occasional in-person meetings in Downtown Boise, Idaho
Job Timeframe
- Part-time, 10 - 15 hours per week through the end of 2025, with opportunity to continue with Creativi-T and expand hours.
Compensation

Job Overview
Position Overview
We’re seeking an assistant to our strategic visionary as a detail-oriented Creative Assistant to take ownership of content creation across all client projects. You’ll bring ideas to life from our Founder and Visionary through visuals, captions, SEO-friendly copy, on brand communication through creative suggestion, while ensuring every piece aligns with the unique client’s brand voice staying ahead of trends. You’ll also leverage AI tools to work smarter and faster.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, blogs,newsletters).
- Write brand-aligned captions with relevant SEO keywords.
- Recommend and identify effective methods for communicating recipes, videos, long- and short-form posts, and wellness/lifestyle content.
- Utilize internal database to source original photography, video, and brand assets.
- Maintain consistent posting schedules across client accounts.
- Research and integrate interest media, SEO & AI optimization best practices into all copy.
- Use AI tools (Figma, ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio, etc.) to speed up creative workflows.
- Track and organize creative assets in project management tools that are brand specific (Dubsado, Monday.com, etc).
- Collaborate regularly with the Founder and team.
Requirements
- Experience in social media management, content creation, or creative direction.
- Proven ability to adapt content to multiple brand voices.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or equivalent.
- Photography, video editing, and basic graphic design skills.
- Strong contribution to copywriting skills with SEO knowledge.
- Ability to quickly learn and integrate AI tools.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Must supply a personal computer as this position is remote.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with wellness, health, or lifestyle brands.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing.
- Basic CMS knowledge (WordPress, Squarespace).
