What You’ll Do

  • Educate homeowners on new comfort systems and indoor air quality solutions
  • Conduct inhome evaluations and present system options with confidence
  • Build value through professional, consultative sales presentations
  • Ask the right questions to uncover customer needs, concerns, and priorities
  • Prepare accurate proposals and price jobs within company guidelines
  • Obtain customer authorization and ensure all agreements are documented
  • Follow up on site visits to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships
  • Communicate job details, financing, and scheduling with internal teams
  • Provide installers with clear expectations, photos, and job requirements
  • Maintain contact with installers and customers during installation
  • Actively pursue referrals and neighborhood opportunities
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and technical refreshers

What You Bring

  • 3 years of sales experience (required)
  • 1 year of HVAC experience (preferred — field techs excel here)
  • Strong communication and customerfacing skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours (days/nights/weekends during peak season)
  • Physical dexterity for light system evaluations
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening
