Our plumbing division continues to grow, and Fire & Ice is seeking a strong, people‑focused Plumbing Manager to lead, develop, and scale a high‑performing team of plumbers and plumbing technicians in the Columbus market. As our Plumbing Manager, you will oversee all plumbing operations for Fire & Ice’s Columbus location. You will lead a developing team...hiring, training, and building a plumbing department that upholds Fire & Ice’s reputation for honesty, quality, and five‑star customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and develop plumbers and plumbing technicians to support department growth.
• Manage daily plumbing operations with focus on efficiency, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with dispatch to optimize scheduling for maximum productivity.
• Establish daily expectations and energize the team through clear, consistent leadership.
• Implement strong performance standards, accountability systems, and ongoing coaching.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery across plumbing diagnostics, repairs, installs, and water heater replacements.
• Maintain alignment with Fire & Ice’s service philosophy and customer‑education culture.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
