What You'll Do:
- Follow recipes, preparation guidelines, and specifications to ensure consistent, high-quality culinary food preparation
- Keep food properly stored, rotated, labeled, and organized
- Prepare and maintain food levels based on business volume and guest needs
- Help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and operating at a high standard
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures, including time and temperature tracking, cooling, and product rotation
- Work closely with the culinary team to keep food preparation running smoothly and efficiently
- Help create an excellent guest experience by ensuring quality and consistency
- Jump in where needed and take on additional responsibilities to support the team

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and/or walk for 100% of the shift
- Lift up to 50 pounds
