What You'll Do:
- Follow our recipes, preparation guidelines, and specifications to ensure consistent, high-quality BBQ proteins and food
- Keep food properly stored, rotated, organized, and ready to go
- Monitor food levels and prepare products based on business volume and guest demand
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen while following all food safety standards
- Accurately track time and temperatures, cooling procedures, and product rotation
- Help ensure the kitchen is always prepared to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly during busy periods
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed and jump in wherever you’re needed most
