What You’ll Do
You are the on-site leader responsible for ensuring every event runs smoothly, seamlessly, and at the highest level.
- Own the Event – Lead setup, service, and breakdown within Fiorella’s Event Center
- Lead the Team – Direct, coach, and hold banquet staff accountable to high standards
- Deliver Elevated Hospitality – Create a polished, seamless, and memorable guest experience
- Coordinate Across Teams – Partner with Culinary and Sales to ensure alignment and execution
- Anticipate & Adapt – Solve problems in real time and stay ahead of the flow of the event
- Drive Excellence – Maintain organization, cleanliness, and consistency throughout the venue

Experience
- 2 years in hospitality, events, or full-service restaurant environments preferred
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Experience in banquet, catering, or event center environments is a plus

Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, including standing and walking throughout events
