Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Banquet Captain at Milburn Country Club in Overland Park, KS. The Banquet Captain will lead and coordinate all aspects of banquet operations, ensuring seamless execution of events. Responsibilities include supervising banquet staff, managing day-of event logistics, ensuring high-quality food and beverage service, and delivering an excellent guest experience. The Banquet Captain will work closely with clients and other departments to uphold the club's standards of service and hospitality.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team coordination, training, and schedule management
- Experience in Food & Beverage operations with attention to quality and presentation
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and efficient collaboration
- Proficiency in Food Service, including knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Previous banquet or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
