What are the responsibilities and job description for the Founding GTM (Go-to-Market Sales) position at FinPro.?
About the Company
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed InsurTech that is transforming how insurers manage claims through outsourced Third-Party Administration (TPA) services — a ~$200B global market. The business combines a high-quality in-house claims operation with a proprietary AI-enabled platform to deliver significantly faster claims processing, improved customer experience, and better unit economics for insurers. Backed by leading global investors and having raised $15M to date, the company is already supporting claims across $100M in insurance premium for 30 MGAs, including multiple publicly listed organisations. Their ambition is to scale rapidly and become a category-defining leader in the TPA space.
About the Role
This is a true founding GTM hire, with the opportunity to build and shape the sales function from day one. You’ll be responsible for establishing a high-performing, scalable go-to-market engine — owning everything from initial outreach through to closing deals and expanding key accounts. As the company grows, you’ll play a critical role in hiring and leading a best-in-class sales team, working closely with the CEO.

- Building the GTM engine: Designing and implementing the infrastructure for scalable, repeatable sales execution
- Owning high-value deals: Leading commercial conversations with some of the largest insurance organisations globally
