About The Role

We have current openings in Davis & Weber Counties, UT. The position offers 10–15 hours per week with a flexible schedule, making it an excellent opportunity for students studying ABA or related fields.
BTs play a critical role in delivering high-quality behavior therapy to children and families. You’ll work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement treatment plans and help clients build essential skills.

Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in-home, clinic, or community settings
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect and document accurate data on client progress
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
- Communicate professionally with families and team members
- Active RBT certification through the BACB
- Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or related fields
- Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism
- A compassionate and patient approach to care
- Ability to pass background checks and meet other compliance requirements
- A supportive and team-oriented work culture
