Kitting Technician | Ogden, UT

Nexeo HR has partnered with a reputable company in the Ogden area to hire a detail-oriented Kitting Technician to support the machine-building process. This role is critical to keeping production running smoothly by ensuring all parts are accurately inventoried, organized, and prepared for assembly teams. Responsibilities

• Work closely with the shipping and receiving team to inventory incoming parts

• Accurately count, label, and enter parts into the inventory system

• Assemble kits containing all required components for machine builds

• Place correct quantities and part types into designated bins for each build

• Ensure kits are complete and ready for assembly teams with no delays

• Maintain an organized, clean workspace and follow all safety procedures

• Assist with additional warehouse or inventory tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks

• Basic inventory, warehouse, or kitting experience preferred but not required

• Ability to follow written instructions, lists, and part specifications accurately

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines

• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40–50 lbs. throughout the shift

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Must be able to pass a national background check and drug screen

Pay

$20.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm
