✨ What You’ll Do
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a supportive, structured environment
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Track progress and collect meaningful session data
- Help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills
- Build strong, positive relationships with clients and families
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Current RBT certification (40 hr RBT course completed and pending exam is ok!)
- Passion for working with children or individuals with special needs
- Interest or experience in ABA, psychology, or special education
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with data collection
- Understanding of confidentiality and professionalism (HIPAA)
- A positive, patient, and growth-oriented mindset
- Competitive pay: $20–$25/hour
