Finney Hospitality Group is hiring a Director of Marketing to lead the strategy, storytelling, and visual identity behind our concepts. From Social Cantina to The Tap and beyond, this role is all about bringing energy, creativity, and consistency to how our brands show up every day.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll set the direction, manage the team, own the ad spend—and also be the one bringing ideas to life through design.

What You’ll Own
- The big picture: marketing strategy across all FHG brands
- The details: design, campaigns, and day-to-day execution
- A small but mighty team (Brand Marketing Social/Content)
- Social media ad budgets and performance
- Relationships with external agencies and partners
- The look and feel of our brands—menus, promos, digital, everything
What You Bring
- A strong graphic design background (Adobe Creative Suite is a must)
- Experience leading marketing efforts (multi-unit or hospitality is a big plus)
- Confidence managing budgets and making data-driven decisions
- The ability to move fast, stay organized, and make things happen
- A creative eye with a high standard for brand consistency
