What You'll Do
This isn’t your average 9-to-5. As our Marketing leader, you’ll:
- Architect and activate bold, measurable marketing strategies aligned with our growth goals
- Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns (radio, digital, print, billboards, events—you name it)
- Lead, empower and mentor a powerhouse team of creatives, content pros, and event executors
- Be the steward of our luxury brand voice — highlighting our top brands such as Rolex, Cartier, Roberto Coin, David Yurman, Kwiat, and many others
- Translate data and trends into moments that captivate and convert
- Own the marketing budget like it’s your business (because it is)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to keep messaging cohesive and clients at the heart
- Understand and execute the established standards by our luxury brands to generate interest and impact
- You’ve got 10 years of senior marketing leadership experience (luxury retail in a high profile, large volume environment is a big plus)
- You’re highly fluent in brand strategy, digital marketing, and event execution
- Your left-brain tracks KPIs while your right-brain writes killer copy
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and love building what doesn’t exist yet
- You’re confident with analytics tools and utilizing the data
- You’re just as comfortable presenting at a large, high profile client event as you are rolling up your sleeves on a photoshoot set
- Experience within a private, locally owned company is an asset
