You Will
- Drive bridal department sales results and key metrics including closing ratio, average sale, and custom design pipeline
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of bridal sales professionals
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and appointment flow during peak engagement seasons and special events
- Deliver a personalized, consultative luxury experience for every client
- Support custom engagement ring projects, redesigns, upgrades, and milestone jewelry purchases
- Build and maintain your own strong book of bridal clients and long-term relationships
- Partner with merchandising to maintain an inspiring and elevated bridal showroom presentation

Ideal Candidates Bring
- 10 years of luxury jewelry retail experience, including bridal leadership experience is a must!
- Strong consultative selling skills and comfort with custom jewelry design coordination
- A proven ability to coach teams and drive results
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
