Job Title: Bridal Boutique Floor Manager
Location: Carmel, Indiana | Clay Terrace (on-site)
Full time: 5 days/week | Tuesday-Saturday
Hours: 10:45am-6:00pm Tuesday-Friday, 8:45am-6:15pm Saturday
Saturdays are required
Job Overview As the manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store and its staff, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. This includes but is not limited to front end and back end management, staffing, and social media.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude and have a desire to grow and lead a group of women to their fullest potential.

Reports to: Administrative Specialist
Responsibilities, to include, but not limited to:
- Leading and representing The Wedding Studios in a manner that supports and guides the organization’s mission, vision and values.
- Communicating effectively with Administrative Specialist and staff members in a timely and accurate and professional manner.
- Effective fiscal management of store location based on budget and targeted profit margins.
- Coordinate logistics of store locations to ensure cleanliness, and a well maintained and supplied environment.
- Handle customer service issues in a professional and timely manner and take appointments as needed.
- Coordinate timely final payment and pick up of gowns from brides.
- Continuously keep required software updated with client and sales information.
- Coordinate with Director of Marketing for creation of social media content as required.
- Provide effective leadership to staff that promotes productivity, accountability and excellent client relationships.
- Responsible for tracking employee time off and ensuring adequate staffing.
- Administer annual performance reviews and provide ongoing performance feedback to employees.
- Coordinate with Administrative Specialist for staff training and continuing education.
- Coordinate with designated staff for trunk shows and window displays.
- Other duties as requested or assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of management experience (preferably retail but not required)
- Excellent communication, organization, and self-motivational skills
- Possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
- Enthusiasm to lead, motivate, manage and retain a high-performance sales team
- Ability to lift up to 40 lb boxes, mannequins, etc. and is able to meet work requirements
Skills
- Managerial experience required, bridal experience preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in inventory control practices and stock management techniques.
- Strong interviewing skills to identify potential candidates who align with our brand values.
