We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead high-profile commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role oversees complex ground-up projects valued at $10M–$50M , manages budgets and schedules, mentors project teams, and serves as the primary client and stakeholder contact.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven success managing ground-up projects valued at $10M–$50M
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with project scheduling and cost management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, Jonas Premier)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience in healthcare, senior living, education, or public-sector projects is a plus
