About the job
We currently have an opening for a wealth manager. This advisor will advise a number of our women business owner clients and business owner prospects.
Responsibilities
Wealth Management Services:
• Serve as a primary advisor for our woman business owners and be a contact for new and assigned individuals, families, and organizations.
• Be willing to immerse yourself in the needs of these business owners including advanced life insurance concepts, defined benefit plans, funding of buy/sell agreements, etc.
• Serve as an additional advisor and contact for our existing client relationships.
• Identify and assist with on boarding future clients through personal and professional contacts, and other community involvements.
• Explore opportunities to succeed the primary owner
Qualifications
• 2 years of experience performing financial planning and investment planning services for clients
• Active Series 7 license and Series 65 or 66
• Life, Health Licenses
• Ability to deal with Male & Female Business Owners for Business Life Insurance as well as other needs as they may arise.
• Clean U-4
• Commitment to regulatory compliance with no negative history
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent technology adaptation/experience, proficiency on smart phones, tablets as well as PC’s
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Emoney, Wealthbox CRM or Bill Good CRM, and other financial related software applications a plus
• Business development experience with desire to help firm grow and prosper
Preferred:
• Experience serving clients with more complex financial circumstances
• Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred
• Opportunity to transition existing clients over 1 year period
• Prefer Certified Financial Planner™ or we will subsidize CFP Course
