Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Estimator / Project Manager to join our experienced team. As an Estimator / Project Manager, you will play a key role in both the pre-construction and execution phases, taking ownership of estimates, bid preparation, project coordination, and overall performance.
The ideal Estimator / Project Manager will have a background in general construction and be confident handling concrete, with the ability to balance detailed estimates and boots-on-the-ground project management.
Key Responsibilities for the Estimator / Project Manager Role:
- Prepare material quotes, pricing, and complete bid documents
- Coordinate scopes of work to ensure thorough and competitive bids
- Conduct site visits and attend pre-bid, pre-construction, and progress meetings
- Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules
- Manage job costs, monitor productivity, and maintain profitability
- Submit and track change order requests
- Review quantities and billing for accuracy
- Collaborate with the Superintendent to align project execution with estimates
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estimator / Project Manager in general construction, concrete, and PEMB work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver consistent results
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
