Key Responsibilities
- Oversee resident medical care, appointments, prescriptions, and follow-up.
- Train, coach, and supervise Medical Coordinators.
- Audit medical records, MARs, medication logs, and healthcare documentation.
- Monitor residential homes and ensure compliance with medical policies.
- Develop and improve healthcare procedures and workflows.
- Collaborate with guardians, healthcare providers, treatment teams, and management.
- Address performance concerns, urgent medical situations, and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular operational updates.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, staff training, and team management skills.
